At NB Acoustics we believe that sound and acoustics are a fundamental part of the built environment and we bring our passion for good acoustic design to every project. We have over 18 years of experience in environmental and building acoustics consultation, industrial noise control, acoustic measurements and testing on a varied range of projects within most sectors.

Our practical experience and commitment to continued professional development has given us the ability to provide innovative and cost-effective acoustic solutions that meet the most demanding of acoustic standards. Our skill set includes the use of contemporary acoustic modelling software as well as in house developed calculation tools.

We have experience of working on developments and building projects from the concept and planning stages, through the design stages, construction stage, and through to compliance testing, either as an independent consultant or as part of a multidisciplinary design team.

Our services include residential sound insulation testing through the SITMA registration scheme and we undertake surveys and acoustic testing through out the UK from our base in Sheffield.
